First Major Goal: 200 lb by March 10th, 2008

So, I didn't record things for a few weeks. It was a very busy period of time, and most of it, I either didn't get to weigh in on the proper day, or I was out of town, such as when I was at Further Confusion (yes, I'll write about that later in my journal). The week after I was done with the flu, I gained back about 1.2 lb, which wasn't that bad. Still, my trip out to California had me being very active for once at convention (Which was a very nice change), and I found that I was able to shed that. Even the following week, which was this last week, I tried to do my best to eat healthy, even though I wasn't exercising that much. Well, the results are showing, as I'm still losing weight, ifa bit slowly.

Now the concern is my goal. I've set myself for 200 lb by March 10th, or in 5 weeks. Realistically, I should be able to do this. 5 lb in 5 weeks, that's 1 lb/week. Realistically, this means if I cut a total of 3500 calories each week, that's about a pound of week. Now, there are methods I can do this. Keep up the healthy eating. Also, I should get myself more physically active, which is something I'm going to be doing. I consistantly seem to be getting injured or sick (as this time, it's a sprained wrist from California that's almost healed up). I want to get back to doing weights since that is a good calorie burner, builds more muscle, and helps with the metabolism.

We'll see what I can end up doing. Let's see if I can get down to 204 by the 11th.

Also, just a small note that I would like to put here. This is the lowest weight I've been in 4 years. I moved to Columbus from Cleveland in September of 2003 to move to college. Then, I weighted about 195. Freshman 15 started occuring. So by Feburary, I was already 205. I would like to say that I'm extremely proud of myself.
