Long story short, I got the flu last week. I had a fairly bad case of it. Now a lot of people told me "Well, at least you'll lose weight during that time". I'm kind of frightened how right they were. Still, I'm going to expect things to go back up this next week just because with a weight loss like that, it was probably from being dehydrated, amongst other things. Still, I made it to the gym for the first time yesterday, and did about 45-60 min. of cardio. I'm about to head out again and do that tonight.

Time to start doing the things I SHOULD be doing to lose weight.
